OUR DESIGN PROCESS
We can customize our design services to meet your exact project needs but here is our design process for a full scope design project.
1: Onboarding
We kickstart your project with an intake meeting reviewing all your project goals, taking photos and measurements. We review any inspiration for the project you may have.
4: DOCUMENTATION
Once the design scheme is approved, we provide documentation of all the design elements for crystal clear clarity- drawings and all specifications.
2: Conceptual Design
During our initial design phase, we present our big ideas with initial floorplans and supporting imagery. This is a super collaborative stage where ideas and inspiration flow and we absorb all your feedback.
5: CONSTRUCTION
We handle all construction coordination details so you can relax!
We make regular job site visits for design oversight and quality control. We communicate with the builder and all trades to ensure the design intent is met. We coordinate all purchasing of fixtures, finishes and furniture throughout completion.
3: Development
We take a deeper dive into your floor plan layout making any edits needed. Once the plan is finalized, we select fixtures, finishes and furniture selections throughout. Presentation drawings and modeling are presented for approval.
6: INSTALLATION
When the construction phase of the project is completed, the furniture, art and accessory installations begin preparing the space for your full enjoyment.
